Young Pirates’ podcast

on mental health and wellbeing

In April 2021, we ran a two-day workshop where Young Pirates discussed their experiences of the most recent lockdown and the impact it had on them.
Supported by our Trustee and nurse, Aisha Miller-Dyer, the Young Pirates gave their top tips for coping and boosting wellbeing. With their permission, we are sharing these with the world through this podcast.

Thank you to the Haberdashers’ Company and the Charity of Sir Richard Whittington for supporting this workshop.
